Cruquius Docks offers 149 modern rental apartments, ranging from compact studios to spacious penthouses. Each home is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling via a sustainable climate system by NEXT NRG. Thanks to smart ventilation with CO₂ sensors, you’ll always enjoy fresh, clean air indoors.

Bathrooms feature an additional radiator for extra comfort, while the fully equipped kitchens include energy-efficient built-in appliances such as a hob, combi oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator.

A video intercom system allows you to see who’s at your door, and with MyPup, your packages are delivered safely, even when you’re not home.

The BUILDING

Cruquius Docks consists of three characterful buildings that together form a bold architectural statement. Inspired by the historic warehouses of London’s Docklands, the buildings feature classic arched windows, dark brickwork, and striking details. They are connected via an underground parking garage and each building rises seven floors.

Unique elements such as connecting bridges, rooftop terraces, and a restored waterside ‘lunch hall’ now a hospitality venue with a terrace add charm and character to the complex.

Residents enjoy access to two bike storage areas, multiple elevators, and secure entrances with a tag-access system. Each lobby also features MyPup lockers for secure parcel delivery.

Location

Cruquius Docks is located along the Nieuwe Vaart in Amsterdam’s Cruquius Island. This former industrial area is undergoing a remarkable transformation into a vibrant residential neighborhood. Its waterfront location, close proximity to the city center, and the peaceful atmosphere of the peninsula make it a truly unique place to live.

You are eligible to rent at Cruquius Docks if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are looking for a vibrant living environment with a community of like-minded residents

  • Your gross monthly income is at least three times the monthly rent

  • You are willing to commit to a minimum rental period of one year
